Hi! I’m Lily, a student-athlete on the University of Florida gymnastics team. Growing up, gymnastics has always been a huge part of my life and has shaped who I am today. Being in a high-level athletic environment has taught me how to manage the demands of school, training, and life outside of the sport. I’m passionate about helping athletes develop confidence, stay mentally strong, and find joy in the process, not just the results. I believe success comes from trusting your preparation, staying present, and continuing to grow through every experience. My goal is to support athletes in reaching their full potential, both in their sport and in who they are becoming outside of it.
