World Championship Medalist, NCAA Runner Up
I am a professional swimmer from Australia with years of experience competing at the highest levels of the sport. My journey has taken me across the world and into some of the most elite training environments and international competitions. Along the way I have learnt many lessons, especially that no one’s path to success, both in and out of the pool, is the same. Success in swimming often comes more from mindset, preparation and understanding your body moreso than just doing hard sets or natural talent. I’d love to teach you about what I know to help you become the best swimmer you can be

Giovanni Izzo
Swimming
Pro Athlete
European Championships Medalist, FISU Champion
Former competitive swimmer with experience at the NCAA and international level. Swimming taught me how to listen to my body, fuel properly, recover with intention, and prepare the right way, long before race day. I learned how to manage taper, busy warm-up pools, and why a consistent dryland warm-up matters every single day. I trained with and raced against some of the best athletes in the world, and I learned that real progress comes from awareness, consistency, and learning from mistakes. Wether you are a swimmer or not: I’m here to talk training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and all the details to help you improve that extra 1% each day.

Erika Pelaez
Swimming
North Carolina State University at Raleigh
4x World Junior Medalist- 3x All- American
My name is Erika Pelaez, and I’ve been swimming since the age of four. What started as a love for the water grew into a lifelong passion and a journey that has shaped me both as an athlete and as a mentor. I’m a Division I student-athlete at NC State University and have had the honor of representing the United States in international competition. I’ve competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials and on the world stage, experiencing both the highs of success and the challenges that come with elite sport. Through it all, I’ve learned how important technique, preparation, mindset, and resilience are to long-term growth. Alongside my competitive career, I’ve spent several years coaching and mentoring young athletes. I work with athletes on all aspects of their development, from technique and race strategy to mindset, confidence, work ethic, motivation, and learning how to handle pressure. I believe that success comes from understanding the full picture, not just what happens during a race or game. As a mentor at Level Up Athletics, my goal is to support athletes as whole individuals. I want to help them build confidence, stay motivated, and develop the habits and mindset needed to reach their goals while continuing to love their sport.
