Hi there, I’m Lorenzo Mora, Italian team pro athlete specialised in short course (11 🌎 and 8 🇪🇺 championships medals). During all my career I focused on developing technique, different training philosophy, gym/swim balance and I’m now giving you the opportunity to exchange advices with a pro athlete / coach, offering personalised technique video analysis, race analysis, trainings schedule and functional gym exercises.
